We have 'The Arizona' Living Set for Sims 3! I'm very excited about it and have already been on a CAS frenzy. The new-and-improved Sims 3 Arizona has piping around the back cushions, and a little more refined shape in the arms. I will be adding the 1x1 tile table when I work out a technical thingy with textures. There are channels for the seat, cushion and piping. There are 6 variations included to cover 4 types of wood plus white and black for the legs. The table now has three channels too, which creates some refreshing new looks with contrast colours for the base. You'll see what I mean! :) This is our first S3 mesh uploaded, please test it out and let us know how it goes. Enjoy! Oh giddy times - so excited!

On another note - a quick word about S3 conversions ...
It seems there are people taking any Sims 2 mesh they like and converting it to Sims 3 without permission from the artist. Please don't do this! :) Read more here
